One successful HTTP 200 IP classification counts as one use. Authentication, validation, and classification failures are not charged.

How do free classifications work?

A self-service signup that creates a new organization receives one 10,000-use grant. It is consumed before paid capacity, never renews, and is forfeited if its owner transfers into another organization.

What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

Requests beyond your plan's monthly quota will receive a 429 (Too Many Requests) error. To continue making requests, you'll need to upgrade to a higher tier or wait until your billing period resets.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

What's your refund policy?
